Texas Toothpick
The Texas Toothpick is a slim, elegant folding knife with the clean lines of a traditional gentleman’s folder and the practicality of a modern liner-lock mechanism.
This folder combines a fine 85 mm blade of 14C28N stainless steel with a beautifully finished handle of Macassar ebony and Wild Olive burl.
The dark Macassar ebony forms the main body of the handle, while the richly figured Wild Olive burl at the bolster provides a distinctly South African contrast. Fine spacer detailing separates the two timbers and adds another subtle handmade touch.
At approximately 195 mm overall when open, the Texas Toothpick is long and slender rather than bulky. Its narrow blade and pointed profile make it well suited to everyday cutting, light utility work and use as a refined pocket knife.
The liner-lock construction securely holds the blade open during use while allowing the knife to fold into a compact package for carrying.
A genuine leather pouch is included.

Care
14C28N is a stainless blade steel with good corrosion resistance, but the knife should still be kept clean and dry.
Wipe the blade clean after use and apply a light coating of SharpWax or suitable blade oil when required.
Do not soak the knife or place it in a dishwasher. Folding knives contain moving components that should be kept clean and dry.
Avoid prolonged exposure of the natural wood handle to water or excessive heat. An occasional light application of SharpWax will help maintain and protect the timber.
