VeldRunner 230 Kyo Style Wide Prep Knife

The VeldRunner 230 is a Kyo style wide prep knife built for confident board work and smooth slicing. With a 230 mm blade length and 60 mm blade height, it gives strong knuckle clearance and a planted feel on the cutting surface, while still staying controllable in the hand.

This blade sits very close to the Ridgeback 190 in overall character, but the extra length and height give it more reach and a bigger working face for fast prep. The profile is set up for long slicing strokes, stable chopping, and controlled tip work when you need accuracy.

The handle is a striking multi material build with pinned construction, shaped for comfort and grip security during longer prep sessions.

Care and protection
